Beginner-Friendly Blooming Liquid Application:1. Apply a layer of gel nail polish without lighting (any liquid gel nail polish).2. Take an appropriate amount of sea wave blooming liquid and suspend it on the gel nail polish.3. Let it spread naturally until the desired effect is achieved and then light it with U V lamp for 60-120 seconds.4. Finally, seal the layer and let it dry with U V lamp.
